Warriors get big road win at Itawamba

Corinth junior point guard Broderick Alexander heads down court after a Warrior rebound. Coach Adam Kirk’s squad traveled to Fulton Friday and left town with a convincing 75-58 win over Itawamba in a Region 1-4A match-up. It was a nice rebound game for CHS after falling at home Tuesday to Shannon after leading by seven in the third quarter. The Lady Warriors won the opener 43-40 to create a Corinth sweep. Both teams will be back in action Monday when they host Booneville. The varsity games can be heard locally on 94.3 WXRZ Radio with Jimmy Anderson on the call.
