Northeast softball, baseball coming off breaks

Northeast softball, baseball return

Northeast Mississippi Community College first baseman Demi Lindsey (3) is congratulated by Northeast assistant coach Kevin Connell after Lindsey connected on her first home run of the day against the Shawnee Community College Saints. Lindsay connected for two round-trippers in the game, driving in five runs. The Lady Tigers are currently 17-13 overall and 10-8 in North Division play and have been on a two-week built-in break. They will be back in action Saturday when they travel to Co-Lin for a double-header.
