Lady Warriors make it close, fall late to North Pontotoc

Corinth sophomore Anna Greene lays out for possession of the ball during Tuesday's home game against North Pontotoc. The Lady Warriors, after trailing 18-5 in the first quarter, rallied to cut the Lady Vikings advantage to 35-33 in the fourth before the visitors pulled away late to win 44-35. Greene finished with four for CHS while Lazoya Howard finished with 10 to lead Corinth. The Warriors won the nightcap 90-53. Full game summaries can be found in Thursday's Daily Corinthian.
