Tishomingo County hosted Corinth Tuesday in a pair of Division 1-4A contests and the squads split the double-header.

 (G) Tishomingo County 76 Corinth 41

Maura Nunley scored a game-high 18, joining the Lady Braves 1,000-point club in the process, as TC built a 25-4 lead after one and cruised to a 76-41 win over the Lady Warriors.

Madison Bennett and Grayson Brown joined Nunley in double figures with 10 apiece while Adnee Floyd and Clara Garland added nine each.

Zakiah Gwyn paced Corinth with 16 while Autumn Stricklin scored nine.

The Lady Braves move to 14-1 overall and 1-0 inside Division 1-4A while the Lady Warriors fall to 6-4 and 1-2.

(B) Corinth 67 Tishomingo County 43

Sophomore Chris Rodgers scored 14 to lead the Warriors to their seventh win of the season, 67-43 over the Braves.

Cayden Betts added 13 and Chevon Windom pitched in 12.

Corinth improves to 7-3 overall and 3-0 in Division 1-4A while Tish County is now 3-8 overall and 0-1 in league play.
