Corinth Athletic Director David Robbins announced Tuesday evening that Ripley’s Adam Kirk has been hired as the new head boys basketball coach at Corinth High School.

The Board of Supervisors approved the hiring Tuesday night.

Kirk has been at Ripley for several years and guided the Tigers to the 2020 4A state tournament semifinals after winning the regular season Division 1-4A crown.

Kirk will take over for Keith Greene who announced his retirement earlier this month after 16 years guiding the Warriors.

Check out the full story of Kirk’s hiring in Thursday’s Daily Corinthian print and E-Edition.
