Dear Reader,

Thanks to the huge response from the snow photo contest back in January with over 500 entries, the Daily Corinthian and Roger’s and Gardner’s Supermarkets have teamed up on a second photo contest in 2021.

This time, it’s a Halloween Costume Contest. The locally-owned supermarkets will be giving away $300 in free groceries to three lucky families.

The contest is open to all ages, please enter one person in the photo and judging will be based on costume originality. Simply email the photo to editor@daily corinthian.com and include the name and age of the person in the costume. For contact purposes only, include a contact person and cell phone number.

Deadline is Sunday night at 8 p.m. Winners will be announced in the Daily Corinthian weekend Nov. 6-7 print edition.

First place wins a $150 Roger’s and Gardner’s Supermarkets gift card, while second place gets a $100 gift card and third receives a $50 gift card.

Here is hoping everyone has a safe and fun Halloween weekend and good luck to all who want to share those great costumes.

We look forward to seeing all those wonderful ideas.
