A proposed daycare center is among three variance requests that got affirmative responses from the City of Corinth Board of Adjustment Monday evening.

Ashley Golson and Shomari Cager plan to operate a daycare at 105 North Madison Street in a building that formerly served as the office of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 852. The building is located in a downtown gateway zone that does not accommodate daycares, and the board voted to recommend approval of a zoning variance to allow the business.
