You have been made a Defendant in the Petition filed in this Court by SANDRA GAIL DOWNS, Administratrix of the Estate of ETHEL HALL and you must take immediate action to protect your rights.

You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition to determine heirs at law of ETHEL HALL at 9:00 o’clock A.M. on the 20th day of April, 2021, at the Alcorn County Chancery Building, Corinth, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in said Complaint or Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
