CITIZENS OF ALCORN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI You may have an interest in the Petition filed in the Chancery Court of Alcorn County, Mississippi by the Alcorn School District to terminate the Debbie Wilhite Memorial Scholarship Fund and the Thrasher Memorial Scholarship Fund Trusts and have the funds distributed.
If you would like to object or to be heard by the Court in this matter then you should appear and defend against said petition at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th day of April, 2021, in the courtroom of the Chancery Court of Alcorn County, Mississippi, at 501 East Waldron Street Corinth, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
