NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HEIRS
Notice is hereby given to all unknown heirs at law of George Richard Peacock that a Petition to Admit Will to Probate and Other Relief was filed on August 28, 2020, Decree Appointing Executor was signed on November 4, 2020, and Letters of Testamentary were issued on November 16, 2020.
You are not required to respond to this Notice but may do so, to show cause, if any you can, in Cause No.: 2020-434-02, wherein you are a Respondent, Morgan Eileen Therese Stelzer Peacock and Marie George should not be declared as sole surviving heirs-at-law of George Richard Peacock, deceased, pursuant to Section 91-1-27 of the Mississippi Code, and why such other relief as prayed for should not be granted. Said response should be sent to Thomas H. Comer, Jr., the attorney for the Executrix, whose address is 101 West College Street, P.O. Box 24, Booneville, MS 38829.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition on the 22nd day of April, 2021, at 9:00 a.m. o’clock a.m. at the Prentiss County Government Annex Building, Booneville, Mississippi. In case of your failure to reply a judgment by default will be entered against you finding Morgan Eileen Therese Stelzer Peacock and Marie George as the sole surviving heirs-at law of George Richard Peacock, deceased.
You must also file the original of your response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
