The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines. The sentence imposed in this cause shall run consecutively to that she is currently serving.
Jack Cammille Dewailly III, malicious mischief, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR2022-000246KM, entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to a term of 5 years with 5 years suspended, the defendant shall be under Post Release Supervision upon the release from the tem of incarceration for 5 years. Valerie Jackson, accessory after the fact-violent, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause Number CR2021-000050JW, entered a plea of guilty. The court specifically withholds acceptance of defendant’s plea and adjudication of guilt and imposition of sentence in accord with Mississippi Code 1972, Annotated section 99-15-26, pending successful completion of the conditions imposed in this order. The defendant was sentenced to be placed under supervision of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for a period of five years. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines.

Bryan Smith Saylors, possession of methamphetamine .1-2 grams, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR2021-00151KM, plead guilt and was sentenced to 3 years with 3 years suspended for a term of incarceration of 0 years. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines. The sentence imposed shall run consecutively to that imposed in CR22-091.
Bryan Saylors, taking of a motor vehicle $5000-$25000, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause NO. CR2022-00091KM, plead guilty and was sentenced to 10 years with 10 years suspended, and the defendant shall be under post-release supervision for a period of 5 years. The defendant shall pay all court cost, fines and restitution. The sentence imposed in this cause shall run consecutively to that imposed in CR21-151.
Devin Ridge Arnold, possession of methamphetamine.1G<2G, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR2022-000332, plead guilty and was sentenced to be under the supervision of the Mississippi Department of Corrections for 3 years, while on supervised probation, defendant shall be enrolled in the First District Veteran’s Court Program. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines and restitution. The court reserves the right of judicial review for a period of one year. This sentence is to run consecutive with that imposed in Prentiss County CR22-105.

Nicholas Allen Mason, possession of methamphetamine greater than 2 grams less than 10 grams, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR22-369(MM), plead guilty and was sentenced to serve a term of 8 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, said sentence is hereby suspended conditioned upon the defendant hereafter commits no offense against the laws of this or any other state and complies with conditions of supervision imposed in Itawamba County Cause Number CR22-223. The defendant shall pay court cost, fines and restitution.
James Christopher Jones, exploitation of a vulnerable person, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause Number CR2021-000218KM, plead guilty and was sentenced to 3 years in the Intensive Supervision/ House Arrest Program. Should the defendant fail to complete the program the defendant be placed in a facility deemed appropriate to complete the balance of the entire 10 year sentence. Should the defendant complete the Intensive Supervision Program, the court will suspend the remaining 7 years and place the defendant on Post Release Supervision. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines and is to have no contact with the victim.

The defendant is ordered to complete 5 years in Intensive Supervision/House Arrest Program. Should the defendant complete the Intensive Supervision Program the remaining 2 years will be suspended. Joshua Franklin Cornelius, possession of methamphetamine 2-10 grams, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR2022-000351KM, plead guilty and is sentenced to serve a term of 8 years, with 8 years suspended, and the defendant shall be placed on 5 years of post release supervision. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines.
Teresa C. Sheffield, burglary of a building, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause Number CR2022-000445 CT I KM, plead guilty, and was sentenced to 7 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, the sentence imposed in this CT is suspended under the same terms and conditions as in count two and shall run consecutively to that imposed in CT II.
Teresa C. Sheffield, malicious mischief $5000-$25000, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause Number CR2022-000445 CT II, plead guilty and was sentenced to 10 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The defendant is ordered to successfully complete 5 years in the Intensive Supervision/House Arrest Program. Upon successful completion of the Intensive Supervision Program the court shall have the option of suspending the remaining 5 years, if the defendant should fail to successfully complete the Intensive Supervision Program the Commissioner may without further orders of the Court place the defendant in general population in whatever facility deemed appropriate to complete the balance of the same entire 10 year sentence. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines. The sentence imposed in this CT shall run consecutively to that imposed in CR 1 of this cause.

Beene, possession of cocaine .1-2 grams, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR2021-000339KM, plead guilty and was sentenced to a term of 3 years, with 3 years suspended, and the defendant shall be under post-release supervision for a term of 3 years. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines.
Tavin Vatella Jones, possession of cocaine .1-2 grams, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR2020-000115KM, plead guilty and was sentenced to3 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, defendant shall receive cred for time served and the balance of the sentence shall be suspended. Defendant is ordered to be under Post-Release supervision for a period of 2 years. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines. The sentence imposed in this cause shall run consecutively to the sentence he is currently serving in Alcorn County CR11-131.

Tracy Michelle Adams, possession of hydrocodone 2-10 dosage units, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause Number CR2022-000468KM, plead guilty and was sentenced to 3 years supervision with the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The sentence imposed in this cause shall run consecutively to that imposed in CR13-228.
Brandon Blaylock, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause Number CR2022-000286 CT KM, plead guilty to conspiracy, and was sentenced to a term of 5 years. The sentence imposed in the CR is suspended under the same terms and conditions as in CR II and shall run consecutively to that imposed in CR II.
Brandon Blaylock, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR2022-00086-CTII KM, uttering a forgery, plead guilty and was sentenced to 5 years with 5 years being suspended. The defendant shall be placed under post-release supervision for a period of 5 years. The defendant shall pay all court cost and fines.

Further that this cause is to run consecutive with Count I of this cause and with CR2022-130.
Jamie Lee McCollum, Prentiss County Circuit Court Cause No. CR22-119(W)PR, Possession of Methamphetamine Greater Than 2 Grams But Less Than 10 Grams, plead guilty, and was sentenced to a term of 8 years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, said sentence is hereby suspended conditioned upon the defendant completes the post release supervision as set forth in Lee County CR22-093(W). Defendant shall pay all court cost, fines and restitution. Defendant is remanded to the custody of the Lee County Sheriff’s Department to await transportation to said facility as ordered in Lee County CR22-093(W)L.
