A Corinth man has been charged with illegally taking a vehicle in Prentiss County.

Sheriff Randy Tolar reports Brian Edward Michael of Corinth was charged May 2 with felony taking of a motor vehicle. Bond was set by Justice Court Judge Kimi Kitchens at $30,000.

Michael is accused of taking a 1996 Chevrolet truck from County Road 1021. The vehicle was later return to the owner.

The case will be presented to the next county grand jury.
