A third suspect was arrested for possession of stolen property.
The three suspects remain jailed Tuesday with no bond set.
Felony charges were filed against:
n Roger Bingham, 56, CR 180, Corinth, possession of stolen property;
n Robert Thomas, 52, CR 520, Corinth, trafficking meth;
n Tiffany Halvorsen, 22, of CR 944, Tishomingo County, possession of meth.
Alcorn County Sheriff Ben Caldwell released the names to the Daily Corinthian.
A 1979 Jeep CJ7 stolen from Hardin County, Tenn. was recovered at Thomas’ home located at 279 Alcorn County Road 520, said the sheriff.
Thomas’ felony drug trafficking charge was the result of the suspect being in possession of six ounces of meth with a street value of $6,000, said Caldwell.
Officers went to the residence to check on a possible stolen vehicle and noticed drug paraphernalia, prompting a search of the property.
Halvorsen had 2.7 grams of meth in her possession, he said.
Alcorn County Narcotics Investigator Adam Rencher is working the case with assistance from sheriff’s deputies Tony Davis, Shane Latch and Tim Boggs.
Bingham also has two outstanding felony warrants and is wanted in Hardin County, while Halvorsen is wanted by the Mississippi Department of Corrections, said Caldwell.
