Narcotics unit arrests three in drug bust

An Alcorn County man faces a felony drug charge following an arrest this past week.

Cody Stover, 22, of County Road 777, Corinth, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.

Narcotics Officer Darrell Hopkins said the Alcorn Narcotics Unit went to 1 County Road 777 where, during the arrest, officers found an additional 4 ounces of marijuana.

Officers arrested two others at the residence on misdemeanor drug charges and took the three to the county jail.
