Frances Vaughn, 53, died on Friday, Nov. 8, 2013.
Vaughn died at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Ala.

Funeral services for Arnet Franklin Barnes, 81, are set for 2 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bill Wages and Bro. Jackie Suggs officiating. Burial with military honors will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Chewella, Tenn.
Mr. Barnes died Friday, November 8, 2013 at his residence.
He was born March 11, 1932 in McNairy County to the late Clifford and Lola Mae Barnes. He was a retired scrap metal dealer owning Barnes Scrap Metal, was a member of the West Corinth Baptist Church. Served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict, also a 32 degree Mason and a Shriner. He enjoyed quail hunting, mowing his yard and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, J.R., Melzar, Grady, Shorty, and J.B. Barnes; and a sister, Cedailua Taylor.
Survived by his wife Treva Suggs Barnes of Corinth; son, Pat Barnes and his wife Christy of Corinth; daughters, Lola Barnes and her fiancé Steve Wilson of Fremont, Ca., Kim Bishop and her husband Terry of Starkville, and Kelly Phillips and her husband John of Herando; grandchildren, Leigh (Berry) Parker, Chassey (Creighton) Nelms, Shelbi Barnes, Lauren and Olivia Phillips; step-grandchildren, Jacob and Alyssa Bishop; great-grandchildren, Preston and Nate Ramsey; and a host of other family and friends.
Pallbearers are Rocky Harben, Ricky Suggs, Grady Suitor, Bubba Suitor, Junior Morgan and Tommy Barnes.
Honorary pallbearers are Dave Morris, Bill Morris, Jackie Suggs, Gerald Essary and John Hutcheson.
Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from 1 p.m. to service time.
Phillip Don Guynes
RIPLEY — Funeral services for Phillip Don Guynes, 38, will be held at 1 p.m. today at Ripley Funeral Chapel with the burial at Shiloh Methodist Church Cemetery.
He died on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2013 at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Corinth.
He was born October 30, 1975 to Donnie and Lillian Gates Guynes.
He was a member of Ripley Church of God and a graduate of Falkner High School. His hobbies were fishing, hunting and spending time with his children, family and friends.
He is survived by one daughter, Alivia Guynes of Ripley; two sons, Weston Guynes and Matthew Guynes, both of Ripley; his parents and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jamie Rich Guynes and grandparents, Elgin and Velma Gates and Ray and Virdie Guynes.
Bro.Terry Vuncannon and Bro. Willie Raines will be officiating.
Pallbearers Rocky Jimsen, Frankie Guynes, Josh Bryant, Bradley Gates, Doug Raines and James Gates. Honorary Pallbearers will be Zach Bright, Dale Michael, Patrick Wilbanks and Nicky Guynes.
Visitation was held at 5 p.m.-9 p.m. on Friday at Ripley Funeral Home.

RIENZI -- Funeral services for Tony Wade Palmer, 58, will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013 at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with burial at Sardis Baptist Church in Rienzi.
He was born on July 2, 1955.
He died on Friday, Nov. 8, 2013 in Rienzi.
He was a retired restaurant owner/caterer. He was a member of the Danville Baptist Church and he loved his family and friends, and enjoyed hunting.
He is survived by his mother of his children, Vicky Palmer; brother, Harold Palmer (Betty Sue) both of Rienzi; sister, Betty Nunley of Rienzi; daughters, Ashlea Rhodes, Breanna Derrick, Cashyn Bearden (Casey) all of Rienzi; and grandchildren Slater Huggins, Baleigh Derrick, Molly Rhodes, Presleigh Rhodes, Case Bearden, Tatum June Bearden and Brady Bearden.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jasper O. Palmer and his mother, Beatrice Brooks Palmer.
Pallbearers include Tripp Tice, Slater Huggins, Pete Perry, Ray Lovall, Bobby Huggins, Jason Cox, Jonathan Overstreet; along with honorary pall bearers, Billy Bearden, Billy Cox, Jerry Benjamin and George Rinehart.
Bro. Charlie Cooper and Bro. James Titus Tyer will officiate.
Visitation is set for today at 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. and on Sunday, Nov. 10, from 1 p.m. until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home.
