SELMER, Tenn. – Funeral services for Thomas Orman Mullens, 71, are set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2 at City of Refuge Church with burial in the Family Cemetery.
Mr. Mullens died Thursday, January 24, 2013 at McNairy Health Care.
