St. Mary’s Academy Charter School maintains records related to the evaluation, identification, educational placement, or the provision of Special Education services. Records are maintained under state and federal laws. This notification is to inform parents/guardians and former students that St. Mary’s intends to destroy all education files which have been inactive from 2006-2007. These records will be destroyed in accordance with the Federal Regulations on May 24, 2013, unless the parent/guardian or eligible (adult) student requests their records.
