Weekend events "İhope to dodge rain

Rain is threatening what some call Corinth's biggest weekend of the year.

While the Green Market has been rescheduled, all other events continue as planned.

Among the weekend offerings include a free outdoor movie, the running of one of the state's oldest footraces and a mudbug smorgasbord.

Umbrellas and raincoats should be packed as the forecast looks bleak.

According to the National Weather Service, the weekend includes an increasingly heavy chance of rain and thunderstorms. Rain chances are at 70 percent for Friday night and 80 percent for Saturday.
