Corinth police chief involved in wreck

Corinth police responded to a rollover wreck at the intersection of U.S. 72 and Fulton Drive about 9:45 a.m. Thursday morning.

Corinth Police Chief Ralph Dance was involved in a rollover crash on Highway 72 Thursday morning.

He was transported to the hospital after the wreck, which happened around 9:45 a.m. at the Fulton Drive intersection. Capt. Ben Gann said Dance was banged up in the crash but should be OK.

Dance's vehicle, a Chevrolet Tahoe, collided with a car.

Police planned to review video footage from a trucker's dash cam that captured the crash.
