TO BIDDERS

The Alcorn School District is soliciting sealed bid proposals until November 30, 2009, at 2:00 o’clock p.m. on projectors, interactive instructional equipment, and accessories, in accordance with the instructions and specifications set forth by the Alcorn School District. Bids will be opened at 4:15 p.m. on November 30, 2009, in the Office of the Alcorn School District Superintendent of Education. The Alcorn School Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, waive informalities, and to award the bids in the best interest of the school district. The purchases will be made with Title I, Part A-American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds. Vendors must follow all ARRA regulations.

You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by the Alcorn County Department of Human Services by Barbara Proctor and, Lee Ann Johnson, a minor, seeking to terminate your parental rights as those rights relate to said minor and demanding that the full custody, control and authority to act on behalf of said minor be placed with the Alcorn County Department of Human Services. Respondent other than you in this action is, John Sanderson.

YOU ARE SUMMONED TO APPEAR AND DEFEND AGAINST THE PETITION FILED AGAINST YOU IN THIS ACTION AT 9:30 O’CLOCK A.M.
